sec.63 Prohibited employer not to contravene declaration
A prohibited employer must not employ, or offer to employ, a person as an apprentice or trainee in contravention of a declaration. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units. In this section— declaration means— a declaration made under section 59 ; or if the declaration has been partly revoked under section 62 —the declaration as partly revoked.
