sec.55 Apprentice’s or trainee’s obligations under registered training contract
The obligations of an apprentice or trainee under a registered training contract are to— attend work, do his or her job and follow the employer’s lawful instructions; and work towards achieving the qualification or statement of attainment stated in the contract; and undertake the training and assessment required under the apprentice’s or trainee’s training plan.
