sec.40A Definitions for division
In this division— cancelled contract means a registered training contract that was cancelled under division 6 . reinstatement decision means a decision of the industrial relations commission or fair work commission to reinstate the employment of the apprentice or trainee who was a party to a cancelled contract. relevant entity means— each person that was a party to a cancelled contract; and the supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee who was a party to the cancelled contract. s 40A ins 2019 No. 33 s 13
- (a) each person that was a party to a cancelled contract; and
- (b) the supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee who was a party to the cancelled contract.
