sec.35 Cancellation if consent not withdrawn
This section applies if— an application is made under section 33 to cancel a registered training contract; and section 34 does not apply. The registered training contract is cancelled on the day stated in the application. The chief executive must give the parties to the registered training contract written notice of the cancellation. (sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies if— an application is made under section 33 to cancel a registered training contract; and section 34 does not apply.
