sec.32 Suspension if consent not withdrawn
This section applies if— an application is made under section 30 to suspend a registered training contract; and section 31 does not apply. The registered training contract is suspended— from the day stated in the application; and for the period stated in the application. The chief executive must give the parties to the registered training contract written notice of the suspension. (sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies if— an application is made under section 30 to suspend a registered training contract; and section 31 does not apply. (sec.32-ssec.2) The registered training contract is suspended— from the day stated in the application; and for the period stated in the application. (sec.32-ssec.3) The chief executive must give the parties to the registered training contract written notice of the suspension.
