sec.238 Application for extension of nominal term made but not decided before commencement
This section applies if — before the commencement, an application to extend the nominal term of a registered training contract was made under section 23; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not decided the application. The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement. s 238 ins 2019 No. 33 s 26 (sec.238-ssec.1) This section applies if — before the commencement, an application to extend the nominal term of a registered training contract was made under section 23; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not decided the application. (sec.238-ssec.2) The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
