sec.209 Balance of period of stand down of registered training contract
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive approved an application for a stand down under the repealed Act, section 86; and immediately before the commencement, the period of the stand down had not expired. The stand down continues to apply after the commencement despite the repeal of the repealed Act.
