sec.208 Declaration of restricted calling continues in force
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a declaration made by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 89 that a calling is a restricted calling is in force. The declaration continues in force under this Act as if it had been made by the chief executive under this Act. A declaration continued in force under subsection (2) expires on 1 July 2020. s 208 amd 2019 No. 33 s 25 (sec.208-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a declaration made by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 89 that a calling is a restricted calling is in force. (sec.208-ssec.2) The declaration continues in force under this Act as if it had been made by the chief executive under this Act. (sec.208-ssec.3) A declaration continued in force under subsection (2) expires on 1 July 2020.
