sec.205 Continuation of supervising registered training organisation
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a registered training organisation is the supervising registered training organisation for an apprentice or trainee under the repealed Act. The registered training organisation continues as the supervising registered training organisation for the apprentice or trainee under this Act after the commencement.
