sec.202 Continuation of statutory assignment of registered training contract
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a registered training contract was taken to have been assigned under the repealed Act, section 59; and the agreed day is on or after the commencement. The assignment takes effect under this Act on the agreed day. (sec.202-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a registered training contract was taken to have been assigned under the repealed Act, section 59; and the agreed day is on or after the commencement. (sec.202-ssec.2) The assignment takes effect under this Act on the agreed day.
- (a) immediately before the commencement, a registered training contract was taken to have been assigned under the repealed Act, section 59; and
- (b) the agreed day is on or after the commencement.
