sec.200 Declaration of apprenticeship or traineeship continues in force
This section applies if— a declaration is made by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 47 that employment-based training is an apprenticeship or traineeship; and the declaration is in force immediately before the commencement. The declaration continues in force under this Act as if it were made by the chief executive under this Act. (sec.200-ssec.1) This section applies if— a declaration is made by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 47 that employment-based training is an apprenticeship or traineeship; and the declaration is in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.200-ssec.2) The declaration continues in force under this Act as if it were made by the chief executive under this Act.
- (a) a declaration is made by the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 47 that employment-based training is an apprenticeship or traineeship; and
- (b) the declaration is in force immediately before the commencement.
