sec.195 Person may apply for copy of document held by chief executive
A person may apply to the chief executive for a copy of a document held by the chief executive and prescribed by regulation that relates to an apprenticeship or traineeship for the person. A regulation may prescribe the fee payable for providing a copy of the document.
