sec.187 Rights and jurisdiction in equity not affected
Other than as provided in this part, this part does not affect— rights, entitlements and obligations conferred or imposed by law for property held on trust; or the jurisdiction of a court to enforce, or make a declaration about, trusts.
- (a) rights, entitlements and obligations conferred or imposed by law for property held on trust; or
- (b) the jurisdiction of a court to enforce, or make a declaration about, trusts.
