sec.175 Appointments and authority
For a proceeding under this Act, the following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice of at least 7 days, requires proof of it— the chief executive’s appointment; an inspector’s appointment; the authority of any of the following persons to do anything under this Act— the Minister; the chief executive; an inspector.
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) an inspector’s appointment;
- (c) the authority of any of the following persons to do anything under this Act— (i) the Minister; (ii) the chief executive; (iii) an inspector.
- (i) the Minister;
- (ii) the chief executive;
- (iii) an inspector.
