sec.173 Appeal to industrial court on question of law
A party to an appeal to the industrial relations commission may appeal against the commission’s decision to the industrial court on a question of law only. The Industrial Relations Act 2016 applies, with any necessary changes, to a proceeding on appeal before the industrial court brought under subsection (1) . s 173 amd 2016 No. 7 s 6 ; 2016 No. 63 s 1157 sch 6 (sec.173-ssec.1) A party to an appeal to the industrial relations commission may appeal against the commission’s decision to the industrial court on a question of law only. (sec.173-ssec.2) The Industrial Relations Act 2016 applies, with any necessary changes, to a proceeding on appeal before the industrial court brought under subsection (1) .
