sec.172 Exclusive jurisdiction
The industrial relations commission’s jurisdiction is exclusive of any court’s jurisdiction and an injunction or prerogative order can not be issued, granted or made in relation to proceedings in the commission that are within the commission’s jurisdiction. Subsection (1) is subject to section 173 .
