sec.15 Training contract to be signed

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. The parties to the training contract are— the employer; and the person to be trained as an apprentice or trainee under the contract. If the person to be trained as an apprentice or trainee is under 18 years, the training contract must also include the signed consent of a parent of the person within the time mentioned in subsection (1) .
