sec.112ZH Training ombudsman and staff not subject to direction
Subject to this Act and any other Act or law, the training ombudsman is not subject to direction by any person about the way the training ombudsman performs the training ombudsman’s functions. Staff of the office are not subject to direction by any person, other than from within the office, about the way complaints are dealt with. s 112ZH ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112ZH-ssec.1) Subject to this Act and any other Act or law, the training ombudsman is not subject to direction by any person about the way the training ombudsman performs the training ombudsman’s functions. (sec.112ZH-ssec.2) Staff of the office are not subject to direction by any person, other than from within the office, about the way complaints are dealt with.
