sec.112Y Resignation
The training ombudsman may resign by signed notice given to the Minister. The resignation takes effect on— the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day. s 112Y ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112Y-ssec.1) The training ombudsman may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.
