sec.112X Leave of absence
The Minister may approve a leave of absence for the training ombudsman. The Minister may appoint another person to act in the office of the training ombudsman during the leave of absence. Subsection (2) does not limit the Governor in Council’s powers, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (v) . s 112X ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112X-ssec.1) The Minister may approve a leave of absence for the training ombudsman. (sec.112X-ssec.2) The Minister may appoint another person to act in the office of the training ombudsman during the leave of absence. (sec.112X-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit the Governor in Council’s powers, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (v) .
