sec.112Q Minister may refer matters to training ombudsman
The Minister may refer a matter relevant to the training ombudsman’s functions to the training ombudsman and ask the training ombudsman to— review or research the matter; and give the Minister a written report about the review or research, including advice or recommendations about the matter. The training ombudsman must comply with the request. The training ombudsman’s report may include a recommendation about the training ombudsman’s functions. s 112Q ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112Q-ssec.1) The Minister may refer a matter relevant to the training ombudsman’s functions to the training ombudsman and ask the training ombudsman to— review or research the matter; and give the Minister a written report about the review or research, including advice or recommendations about the matter. (sec.112Q-ssec.2) The training ombudsman must comply with the request. (sec.112Q-ssec.3) The training ombudsman’s report may include a recommendation about the training ombudsman’s functions.
