sec.112P Report containing adverse comment
This section applies if the training ombudsman proposes to make an adverse comment about a person in a report under this division. The training ombudsman must not make the proposed adverse comment unless— the training ombudsman gives the person an opportunity to respond to the proposed comment; and the person’s response is fairly stated in the report. s 112P ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112P-ssec.1) This section applies if the training ombudsman proposes to make an adverse comment about a person in a report under this division. (sec.112P-ssec.2) The training ombudsman must not make the proposed adverse comment unless— the training ombudsman gives the person an opportunity to respond to the proposed comment; and the person’s response is fairly stated in the report.
- (a) the training ombudsman gives the person an opportunity to respond to the proposed comment; and
- (b) the person’s response is fairly stated in the report.
