sec.112M Training ombudsman may enter into information sharing arrangements
The training ombudsman may enter into an arrangement with a government entity for the purpose of sharing or exchanging any information held by the training ombudsman or the government entity. The information to which the arrangement may relate is limited to information that relates to a complaint about— a compliance matter; or a matter involving a pre-qualified supplier; or a prescribed decision. Under the arrangement, the training ombudsman and government entity are, despite any other Act or law of the State, authorised to— request and receive information held by the other party to the arrangement; and disclose the information to the other party. s 112M ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112M-ssec.1) The training ombudsman may enter into an arrangement with a government entity for the purpose of sharing or exchanging any information held by the training ombudsman or the government entity. (sec.112M-ssec.2) The information to which the arrangement may relate is limited to information that relates to a complaint about— a compliance matter; or a matter involving a pre-qualified supplier; or a prescribed decision.
