sec.112L Giving information or notice about particular complaints

This section applies if the training ombudsman gives the chief executive a notice under section 112J (2) (a) or 112K (2) (a) . The chief executive must give the training ombudsman— if the notice relates to a request to further deal with a complaint—a copy of the information before the chief executive in investigating the complaint; or if the notice relates to a complaint about a prescribed decision—a copy of the information before the chief executive in making the decision. If the training ombudsman decides to refuse to deal, or further deal, with the complaint, the training ombudsman must give the chief executive notice of the decision and the reasons for the decision. s 112L ins 2016 No. 7 s 5 (sec.112L-ssec.1) This section applies if the training ombudsman gives the chief executive a notice under section 112J (2) (a) or 112K (2) (a) .
