sec.110 Withdrawal of recognition of non-departmental employment skills development program
The chief executive may withdraw recognition of a non-departmental employment skills development program— at the request of the person who delivers the program; or on the chief executive’s own initiative.
- (a) at the request of the person who delivers the program; or
- (b) on the chief executive’s own initiative.
