sec.11 Probationary period
The chief executive is to decide the probationary period for apprenticeships and traineeships. Different probationary periods may be decided— for different apprenticeships or traineeships; or depending on whether apprenticeships or traineeships are completed during full-time or part-time employment, or while the apprentice or trainee is at school. (sec.11-ssec.1) The chief executive is to decide the probationary period for apprenticeships and traineeships.
