#### 98 Application of Division 98 Application of Division > This Division applies to and in respect of an existing funeral contribution fund who notifies the Secretary, or is deemed to have notified the Secretary, that the fund proposes to refund, in accordance with this Division, contributions paid by contributors in connection with the contributory funeral benefit business of the existing fund.
