#### 96 Certain debts of existing funeral contribution fund to have priority 96 Certain debts of existing funeral contribution fund to have priority > In the winding up of an existing funeral contribution fund under the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth (as applied to the winding up by section 74A), a debt referred to in section 101 (8), 109 (1) or 110 (2) shall, if it is unsecured, be paid in priority to all other unsecured debts of the existing fund. > > **s 96:** Am 1981 No 123, Sch 8; 2001 No 34, Sch 2.21 \[14\].
