#### 83 Reasons for refusal to be given 83 Reasons for refusal to be given > Where the Secretary refuses an application under this Act and an appeal may be made to the Supreme Court against that refusal by any person under this Part, the Secretary shall, if so required by that person, notify the person in writing of the grounds of the Secretary’s refusal.
