#### 67 Definitions 67 Definitions > In this Division, except in so far as the context or subject-matter otherwise indicates or requires— > > administrator means an administrator appointed and holding office under this Division. > > affairs means— > > > (a) in relation to a funeral contribution fund, all the affairs of the fund, or > > > (b) in relation to a pre-paid funeral fund, those affairs of the fund that relate to the powers, authorities, duties and functions of the fund as trustee of trust funds under pre-paid contracts.
