#### 60 Privileged communications 60 Privileged communications > The Secretary shall not, for the purposes of an inquiry under this Division, require disclosure by a duly qualified legal practitioner of a privileged communication made to the practitioner in his or her capacity as such except as regards the name and address of his or her client.
