#### 17 Tied arrangements with undertaker 17 Tied arrangements with undertaker > A funeral contribution fund that has undertaken to provide contributors with funeral services may, notwithstanding any law (other than this Act) to the contrary, enter into an agreement to have all or any number of those services carried out by the same person.
