#### 12 Application for registration to carry on contributory funeral benefit business 12 Application for registration to carry on contributory funeral benefit business > > (1) A company may apply to the Secretary to be registered under this Act to carry on contributory funeral benefit business. > > > (2) An application for registration made pursuant to subsection (1) shall— > > > > > (a) be made in or to the effect of the form approved by the Secretary, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by— > > > > > > > (i) a written statement showing the reasons for believing that, if registered, the company would be able to carry on contributory funeral benefit business successfully, > > > > > > > (ii) a copy of the rules of the company, and > > > > > > > (iii) such other documents as may be prescribed.
