sec.49 Previous certificate of contributions paid and benefits to which contributor is entitled
Section 15 does not apply in relation to a contributor who has stopped making contributions under a funeral benefit agreement or on any benefit accruing to the contributor after the contributor has stopped making contributions if— the contributor stopped making contributions before the commencement of this section; and the corporation has complied with section 15 of the repealed regulation in relation to the contributions.
- (a) the contributor stopped making contributions before the commencement of this section; and
- (b) the corporation has complied with section 15 of the repealed regulation in relation to the contributions.
