sec.42 Prescribed particulars to be entered in register of contributors— Act , s 47 (3) (e)
This section applies if a contributor pays all the contributor’s contributions to the corporation. The following particulars are prescribed for section 47 (3) (e) of the Act — the contributor’s contributions are fully paid; the date they were fully paid.
