sec.19 Corporation to apply money to pay funeral director
This section applies to a corporation that received an amount from the fund for a funeral benefit provided outside the corporation’s defined area. The corporation must apply each amount received to pay the funeral director who provided the funeral for the whole, or the unpaid balance, of the cost of the funeral. Any amount remaining must be paid by the corporation to the person who paid part or all of the cost of the funeral to the funeral director. s 19 amd 2013 SL No. 140 s 6 (sec.19-ssec.1) This section applies to a corporation that received an amount from the fund for a funeral benefit provided outside the corporation’s defined area. (sec.19-ssec.2) The corporation must apply each amount received to pay the funeral director who provided the funeral for the whole, or the unpaid balance, of the cost of the funeral.
