sec.67 Compliance with requirements of registrar

A registered corporation shall— furnish to the registrar such information as the registrar may require with respect to the funeral benefit business carried on by it; and comply with the requirements of the registrar in relation to the books and forms of account kept or to be kept and the entries made or to be made therein, and the manner in which such entries are made or to be made therein. Maximum penalty—2 penalty units. An offence against subsection (1) is a continuing offence and may be charged in 1 or more complaints for periods the offence continues.
