61C Definition
In this Division—
S. 61C def. of authorised officer amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 70).
authorised officer means—
(a) an inspector;
(b) a police officer within the meaning of the Victoria Police Act 2013;
(c) a person authorised in writing by the Director.
