sec.9 Only 1 subsidy payable for fuel
The repealed Act, section 13 continues to apply in relation to— the receipt, whether before or on or after 1 July 2009, of a subsidy for fuel under the repealed Act; and the receipt, whether before or on or after 1 July 2009, of a subsidy for fuel under a corresponding law.
- (a) the receipt, whether before or on or after 1 July 2009, of a subsidy for fuel under the repealed Act; and
- (b) the receipt, whether before or on or after 1 July 2009, of a subsidy for fuel under a corresponding law.
