Stocks of an MSO product are stored in Australia if the stocks are stored: (a) on land in Australia; or (b) on a vessel: (i) that is in an Australian port; or (ii) that is moored waiting to enter an Australian port; or (iii) that is travelling directly from an Australian port to another Australian port; or (iv) in circumstances prescribed by the rules.
