51 Informing people of obligations
(1) This section applies in relation to an approval that was in force immediately before the commencement day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the following apply in relation to the approval: (a) subject to paragraph (b), regulation 7 of the old regulations, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to the approval; but (b) section 12 of this instrument applies in relation to any condition of the approval that is imposed, or any variation or revocation of a condition that occurs, on or after that day.
