44 Annual statements
For the purposes of paragraph 67(4)(c) of the Act, an annual statement must be provided to the Secretary by: (a) delivering it by hand to the Department; or (b) sending it, by pre‑paid post, to the Department’s postal address; or (c) sending it electronically to the Department’s email address for fuel quality matters, as specified on the Department’s website.
