39 How records to be kept
A record that must be kept and maintained under this Division must: (a) be kept, for each calendar year, for fuel that is supplied in Australia during the year; and (b) be kept at the premises where the fuel is supplied; and (c) be retained for 12 months after the end of the calendar year to which the record relates.
