#### 69 Delegation by Secretary (1) The Secretary may, in writing, delegate to an SES employee or an acting SES employee all or any of the Secretary’s powers or functions under this Act. (2) The delegate must, in exercising powers or functions under the delegation, comply with any directions of the Secretary.
