67ADisclosure of information

#### 67A Disclosure of information The Secretary may disclose, or authorise the disclosure of, information obtained under this Act if the Secretary reasonably believes: (a) that it is necessary or appropriate to do so in the course of performing functions or exercising powers under this Act; or (b) that the disclosure is likely to assist in the administration or enforcement of: (i) a taxation law (within the meaning of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997); or (ii) a consumer protection law (within the meaning of the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989); or (iia) the Fuel Security Act 2021; or (iii) any other prescribed Act.
