#### 41A Exercise of powers in public areas of business premises An inspector may exercise the following powers in relation to a public area of business premises under paragraph 40(1)(b): (a) the power to inspect, examine, take measurements of, conduct tests on, or take samples of, any fuel or fuel additive in the area; (b) the power to take photographs, make video or audio recordings or make sketches of the area or any thing in the area; (c) the power to take into the area such equipment and materials as the inspector requires for the purpose of exercising powers in relation to the area.
