31 Offence—importing a fuel additive
(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person imports a fuel additive into Australia; and (b) the fuel additive is covered by an entry in the Register.
Penalty: 250 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
