#### 30A Civil penalty—supplying a fuel additive A person contravenes this section if: (a) the person supplies a fuel additive in Australia; and (b) the person is a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or the person supplies the fuel additive in the course of constitutional trade or commerce; and (c) the fuel additive is covered by an entry in the Register. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—250 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—1,250 penalty units.
