#### 24C Notification (1) Before granting an emergency approval, the Minister must notify the Fuel Standards Consultative Committee of: (a) the application for an emergency approval; and (b) his or her intention to grant an emergency approval. (2) If a variation of an approval is of a minor nature, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after varying the approval, notify the Committee of the variation. (3) If an approval is varied only to add one or more regulated persons, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after varying the approval, notify the Committee of the variation.
