#### 19A Civil penalty—supplying fuel without documentation (1) This section applies if: (a) a person (the supplier) supplies fuel in Australia to another person and the fuel is the subject of a fuel standard; and (b) in the case where the fuel standard specifies the circumstances in which the standard applies—the supplier supplies the fuel in Australia in those circumstances; and (c) the supplier is a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or the supplier supplies the fuel in the course of constitutional trade or commerce; and (d) the other person is not the end‑user of the fuel. (2) The supplier contravenes this subsection if, within the period prescribed by the regulations, the supplier does not provide the other person with a document or documents containing: (a) a statement as to whether or not the fuel complies with the standard; and (b) any other information relating to the fuel that is prescribed by the regulations. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—60 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—300 penalty units.
